Kanye West premiered the tribal video for "Love Lockdown" on Tuesday's Ellen DeGeneres Show. Watch it here. 'Ye also spoke about his life following the death of his mother, Donda. R. Kelly Wins $3.4M Judgment From Tour Promoter
R. Kelly received some good fortune Tuesday as an arbitrator awarded him a $3.4 million judgment from his former tour promoter Leonard Rowe. The Grammy-winning crooner sued Rowe Entertainment last February, accusing the promotion company of swindling him out of profits from his Double Up Tour. "I agreed to let Leonard Rowe promote my tour because he convinced me he was an underdog who deserved a chance to prove himself," says R. "Like the saying goes, no good deed goes unpunished." John Added to Obama Benefit in New York John Legend has received the "Green Light" to perform at a benefit concert for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama on Oct. 16 in New York. The piano man joins previously announced artists Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel on the bill. Having previously endorsed Obama, John performed "If You're Out There" at the Democratic National Convention in August. The couple, who collaborated on the clip's script, visited Las Vegas over the weekend to begin filming scenes; while in town, Mimi hosted an event at the Bank nightclub.
